I get the following error when trying to export my online army list to html:

seems that your ruleset have 2 units xmls of which one is empty and that's why generating html is breaking.
I have added a 'delete' link for each file on the list of files you see when editing a ruleset.
Please delete the empty one and all should work fine (be sure not to delete the correct one).
And remember to download your ruleset as a TWR from time to time to have a backup copy just in case.
