Thanks for your offer. I will have it in mind.

I wasn't thinking about translating the website itself.

The TWR format does not support translations. One ruleset can have only one language version. For another language version you need to create another ruleset.

For example if you will go to a ruleset page:
http://armycalc.com/viewr.php?id=29
You can click download TWR file.
Then go to 'My Rulesets' page and upload this file using the form at the bottom.

This way you will have exact copy of this ruleset which you can edit.
You can rename this ruleset to: 'Example Ruleset FR'
And edit all units names etc.

This way we can have French version of Example Ruleset.

The ACE project, on which I am currently working, will for sure be translatable one day.
But I think this will not happen soon.

And one last thing:
If you would like, I can create a 'French community forum' so the French users can have a place for native support. Just send me a Private Message and we will discuss details.

At [armycalc.com] the link to "download TWR file" is bad (http://localhost/get_twr2.php?id=29)

No possibility to see the translate in vis-a-vis
Example :
Choose translate language
Add name or team (with share option for editing) for translate
Original text - Translate version
New change text - Translate version to do
When it's finish, push the button for website generate french version au the ruleset.

Why not. To my opinion the little chance for Army Calculator interesting french community is that the online version will be embbeded to a major website like T³ or Warhammer-Forum portail.

I'll put this idea on my TODO list and think about it.

French forum was created. Feel free to test it.

This is for sure an interesting feature.
I think that in WarFoundry translating data files is just an opened ticked so it is not finished I believe.
Now I have almost finished ACE so the TWR 2.0 format is 'closed' and I dont want to add new features. However this will for sure be one of the features of TWR 3.0 format that will come in the future.
