This is an interesting topic.

It is definitely possible but I am not sure about the quality of converted files and the legal issues.

To my opinion it's legal. No right of Lone wolf AB on the data. It's like you use a converted for change Phpbb forum to SMF or other.

WarFoundry seem to be a cool army creator (with translate option ) but not online version.
